Julian worked with the Valuing People Support Team at the Department of Health to produce guidance for local authority and NHS providers on closing learning disability support campuses. This required close work with a wide range of organisations to produce the guidance, which aimed to help providers develop suitable alternatives to large scale group housing schemes for people with learning disabilities.
