Julian worked has worked on the evaluation of the Digital Social Care Better Security, Better Care programme, producing detailed evaluation reports examining the effectiveness of the programme in improving data security in independent sector social care organisations. This involved interviews with over 40 stakeholders as well as detailed analysis of data from the programme and other sources to assess the impact and to understand geographical differences in performance.
